Who is Dora The Explorer?
Dora the Explorer is an animated television regular series since 2000. She is a 7 years old girl that is always outdoors looking for new adventures to explore and, always ready to help some one. She also teaches Spanish. The concept of Dora the Explorer started with the proposal to have a kids' series that shows children how to solve problems and teach them the necessary skills on how to do it. Dora the Explorer is not only an entertainment series but a great resource that may help in your child's intellectual development.
Dora is caring, sweet, has no anger and loves her family. Her friends are:
- Boots The Monkey, because he wears nothing but red boots. He always helps Dora, learn Spanish from her and likes baseball. Boots is Dora's best friend.
- Isa The Iguana. She is a gardener and she's a close friend of Dora and Boots.
- Tico the Squirrel. Lives in the forest and only speaks Spanish.
- Benny the Bull, with yellow horns.

- Fiesta Trio. A frog, a grasshopper and a snail. They always appear to congratulate Dora with music when she successfully ends a task.
